Shopping with Security at Neon Pop
Neon Pop takes your security extremely seriously. We are committed to making shopping online with us just as safe as shopping directly in a store. When you shop online at neonpop.co.uk, as soon as you access the ‘Checkout’ or ‘My Account/Register’ pages, your browser will go into HTTPS secure mode before you enter any personal and sensitive information. To check if you are in secure mode, look for a padlock icon on the bottom-right of your browser window in Internet Explorer, or on the left of the address bar in Google Chrome. When you can see the padlock in either browser you can be sure that any information you enter is encrypted and secure. This creates billions of code combinations to protect each transaction made on our site, so your card details cannot be viewed by anyone else. Our site supports 128 bit encryption for the more recently updated versions of internet browsers, which keeps your details as secure as possible. Neon Pop does not store any credit card information on our site, therefore no one that is not authorised cannot have access to your personal information. neonpop.co.uk only accepts orders placed using Secure Socket Layer (SSL), which prevents you from inadvertently revealing personal information using an insecure connection.
Verified by Visa & MasterCard SecureCode
For added security Neon Pop participates in Verified by Visa & Mastercard SecureCode. These services are aimed at protecting your details when ordering online by ensuring that your card is not being used by anyone else. If the card you are using for payment qualifies for one of these services you will automatically be taken to a page hosted by your card issuer. The hosted page is completely secure and the information provided is only visible to you and your card issuer. This information provided will never be shared with 3rd parties. If you have never used these services before you will need to register securely and create a password by following the on-screen instructions on the hosted page from the card issuer. The password you create is not the same as the PIN number you have for your card and for added security we recommend that you do not use your PIN. You will be able to use the password created when shopping at neonpop.co.uk or any other website that participates with these services to identify yourself and your card. It is the equivalent to Chip and PIN which is used in stores. Once registered or verified you will be able to complete your order. If you’re unsure about these services you may still be able to complete your purchase without registering. To find out more about these services we recommend that you contact your card issuer. Please remember that you can always call us to place your order on 0203 371 8405.
